Responsibilities/Tasks職責/任務1.Achieve sales budget within the area of responsibility;
在所屬區域內完成銷售指標;
2.Identify and follow up projects within the area of responsibility;
在所屬區域尋找并跟蹤項目;
3.Take ownership of identified projects, maintaining good communication and cooperation with the relative parties - designers, owners, contractors and fabricators;
跟蹤項目,與相關方面包括設計師、業主、施工方和加工商保持良好的溝通和協調;
4.Update projects and other sales activities in CRM in time;
及時在CRM系統上更新項目信息和其他相關銷售活動信息;
5.Update project information and sales forecast in time;
及時更新項目信息和銷售預測;
6.Deal with customer's claims in accordance with company ISO procedures;
根據公司ISO流程處理客戶投訴
Education background and relevant professional skills崗位所需學歷及相關專業技能1.Bachelor degree majored in Engineering or Marketing. Architecture engineering is preferred.
工程或市場專業本科學歷。建筑工程專業優先考慮。
2.Able to read English;
能看懂英語;
3.3+ years' working experience and at least 2 years proven successful experience in direct sales environment, architecture industry experience is definitely a plus.
三年以上工作經驗,至少兩年成功銷售經驗,具有建筑行業成功銷售經驗者優先。
4.Good presentation skills and able to present the company and its product confidently.
良好的表達技巧,并能夠自信地介紹公司和產品。
5.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, positive mind and good team spirit.
優秀的溝通和人際交往能力,熱情,并富有良好的團隊精神。
6.Customer oriented. Good sense of service and proactive in delighting customers.
以客戶為中心,良好的服務意識,善于和客戶溝通。
7.Honest and with highest integrity.
